Which program should I start with?

If your primary goal is building muscle and size, start with BUILD. If you are carrying extra body fat and want to get lean, start with SHRED. If you have been training consistently for at least six months and want to develop both strength and conditioning simultaneously, HYBRID is your program.

Do I need a gym membership?

Yes. These programs are designed for a commercial gym with access to barbells, dumbbells, cable machines, and a squat rack. If you are serious about results, you need access to serious equipment.

How long are the workouts?

Each session runs between 45 and 60 minutes. Get in, do the work, and get out. No two-hour marathon sessions. Every exercise has a purpose.

Is this a subscription?

What if I have never trained before?
